WisdomLamp Terms of Service
Article 1. Purpose
These Terms of Service establish the conditions and procedures for using all content and services provided by WisdomLamp (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"), and define the rights and obligations between users and the company.
Article 2. Definitions
- "Company" refers to the operating entity providing the Service.
- "User" refers to any person who uses the Service under these Terms.
- "Content" refers to digital materials such as quotes and images provided by the Company.
Article 3. Effect and Amendment of Terms
These Terms take effect from the moment users access or use the Service. By accessing the Service, users acknowledge and unconditionally agree to these Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
The Company may amend these Terms in compliance with relevant laws and will provide notice 7 days prior to changes. For significant changes, notice will be provided 30 days in advance.
Article 4. Service Provision and Restrictions
- The Company provides users with content based on classical literature and quotes.
- The Service is available year-round but may be temporarily suspended due to technical or operational circumstances.
- Users may not reproduce, modify, redistribute, or commercially use the content without explicit consent from the Company.
Article 5. User Obligations
- Users must comply with relevant laws and these Terms when using the Service.
- Content obtained through the Service must be used for personal purposes only and may not be distributed to third parties or used commercially.
- Users must not engage in activities that harm the Service (e.g., hacking, unauthorized crawling).
Article 6. Service Changes and Termination
- The Company may modify or terminate part or all of the Service.
- Upon Service termination, the Company will provide advance notice and guide users on how remaining data will be handled.
Article 7. Limitation of Liability
- The Company is not liable for damages incurred during Service use unless caused by intentional or gross negligence.
- The Company is not responsible for damages caused by user error.
Article 8. Dispute Resolution
- All disputes under these Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Company's registered country.
- Disputes related to these Terms shall be resolved by the court having jurisdiction over the Company's location.
